Charges are payable in full at time of checking in, unless otherwise prearranged.
We accept/ Debit / Cash only - etranfers
Cancellation Policy : We require 14 days notice for any cancellation. If you do not provide the full 14 days notice from your check in date, you are responsible for the total cost of your booking.
ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE "NON SMOKING" Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY - an additional charge of $250.00 will be charged if the property is smoked in.
We do not permit the parking of any type of Recreational Vehicles or the erection of tents on our properties what so ever, unless prior arrangements have been made, in which additional charges will apply.
Guests are 100% responsible for any damages caused to the property and the contents.
Guests are restricted to the number of persons at the time of check in - No additional guests can stay at the properties without notifying the owners.
As our properties are located within communities, we have a very strict quiet time policy. Quiet time is from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. If at any time we receive notice from the neighbors, town authorities or police due to noise or disruption, you will be asked to leave immediately. There is simply no tolerance for guests disrupting our neighborhoods.
